4 Roasted Garlic Heads
  • 4 heads of garlic, upper quarter removed
  • 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
Methods/steps
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Foil line a baking sheet and place garlic on pan
  • Rub 1 teaspoon of olive oil into the top of the garlic
  • working your way around the entire head
  • Bake until golden brown
  • Remove garlic cloves from the head
  • Use as needed
