Fire in the hole! The Habenaro Peppers that we use to hand stuff into my Sicilian Olives are rated in Scoville Units between 100,000 and 350,000 units. As a point of reference the Jalapeno Peppers we use are rated between 2,500 and 8,000 Scoville units. The key to developing this olive was to provide fire with incredible good flavor.
